Enjoy exclusive access to the entire Ramsay Retreat main floor, a private bungalow designed for your comfort and enjoyment. You'll have full use of the three bedrooms, each with its own unique charm, including the primary suite with a luxurious king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third with a twin bed. The living room offers a queen pull-out sofa for extra guests. The bright, brick-accented kitchen and open living area with a theatre-grade projector screen are all yours to enjoy. Step outside to your private oasis: a covered hot tub, a fire pit, and comfortable seating on the raised deck. The spa-like bathroom, stocked with premium amenities, is also exclusively for your use. Additionally, guests have access to free parking on the premises and the convenience of being near local attractions.

Nestled in the heart of Ramsay, our home offers a prime location with easy access to Calgary's best. Just a short walk, approximately 5 minutes, will take you to the iconic Saddledome, home to thrilling Flames games and a variety of concerts and events. Foodies will delight in the proximity to the vibrant brewery district, with several popular spots within a 10-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive. For dining, explore the diverse options downtown, a convenient 5-minute drive away. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. We kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a penalty of $200 per day if violated. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. The occupancy limit is seven guests, as stated in your reservation. For any issues or questions, please reach out via the messaging platform. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the house rules.

Location was excellent. House was excellent. FYI- not a critique, but for US folks, it is hard to watch live events such as sports because US apps such as ESPN are blocked in Canada and you can’t sign up for Canadian apps like TSN. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time.
