Welcome to your bright and stylish Calgary retreat! This newly renovated 1047 sq ft main-floor bungalow is the perfect home base for your city adventures.

Unwind in the spacious living room, where you can get cozy by the indoor fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the 65-inch Smart TV, complete with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar with complimentary coffee and tea, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Step out onto the expansive private deck to relax, or enjoy the quiet of the backyard lawn. When it's time to rest, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a relaxing bathtub.
