Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom home in NW Calgary! With a king bed, double bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and sofa bed - there’s plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy two cozy living rooms and family-friendly amenities like kids' dishes, a high chair, and a pack-and-play. The master bedroom and movie room feature room-darkening blinds for ultimate comfort. Relax on the balcony with views of Calgary and park hassle-free in our private driveway. Perfect for families and groups.

Accessibility: There are stairs into the home and a flight of stairs to get upstairs.

Other Things to Note:
- Our 3 bedroom family home is lived in part time, so there is locked closets and personal touches.
- There is a lovely basement tennant but they have a different entrance and there is a locked door on both sides. (Our guest rarely ever see them or even hear them)
- The bunk bed is recommended only for small kids as the mattress is NOT thick or supportive. It is also not the easiest ladder (it can be a bit tricky to get in and out)
- The stainless steel taps are very clean but a harsh cleaner stripped some of the shine.
- Please remember that this is a family home.
- Pack and Play (CRIB) : Please bring your own baby blankets & sheets for the crib
- NO AC!! The house gets hot in the summer
