El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca del Centro Comercial Chipichape, zona tranquila para descansar. Buena atención por parte del personal en general, habitaciones cómodas, muy buen aseo en las habitaciones, atienden las solicitudes muy rápido. El desayuno tienes a ser repititivo pero lo importante es que está incluído y es una porción justa. Para tener en cuenta, el parqueadero es la bahía que tiene afuera, es decir máximo 4 vehículos, por lo cuál es importante desde la reserva tener la opción de asegurar el espacio porque de lo contrario se puede presentar dolores de cabeza, afortunadamente no tuve problemas pero sería importante dar manejo a ese tema. En términos generales, recomendado y volvería sin dudarlo a hospedarme en el hotel...

Good for a stopover, be aware of toilet seat!

Let me start by saying that we booked this hotel as a stopping point between our long stay hotel and our 1am flight. So we wanted a nice room to relax, charge phones and keep our luggage in while we waited to head to the airport. The hotel is in a great location near the Chipichapa shopping center, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The receptionist was nice, helpful, and even with our horrible Spanish and her knowing little English we still made it through. The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you’re like us and had 2 large bags, 2 carryons and 2 backpacks, it is a struggle to carry that up the stairs. The room was decent space, the bed was quite firm, but typical for Colombia. The A/C was great, each room has its own split unit which is great, we even had to turn it off because it got too cold quickly. The biggest issue was that the toilet seat was not attached. Like, placed on the toilet, but not attached, which made for some interesting usage in our few short hours there.

Excelente opción para un viaje tranquilo de negocios cuando el presupuesto exige una decisión inteligente calidad/beneficio. Ubicación ideal (dos cuadras del C.Cial Chipichape) a 25 minutos del aeropuerto, 5 minutos de la zona gastronómica de Granada, 10 minutos del centro. Instalaciones impecables y muy cómodas. Un plus: el desayuno es mejor que el de un hotel de cadena.
