This beautiful holiday villa with private pool is located in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors.



On the ground floor, we find a lounge-dining room with satellite/DTT television, air conditioning and direct access to a large partially covered terrace. There is also a spacious independent kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and ceramic hob. The ground floor has two bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower each, a guest toilet and a laundry room. On the upper floor, accessed by internal stairs, we find a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and access to the solarium, and a spacious bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.



As for the exterior, we find a swimming pool of 8x4 m with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. The villa also has a brick-built barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals. There is one parking space for a vehicle on the same plot and one in the garage. The plot is fully fenced.



The villa is located in a privileged area called "Almendros", which is quiet and close to beaches and all services. It is only 350 metres from the nearest supermarket and 1.3 km from the beach and restaurants.



It is worth noting that the villa has free WiFi and pets up to 12 kg are accepted for a supplement.
