Amazing experience at this hotel! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very clean and breakfast buffet was good! Location was nearby a lot of restaurants but you definitely need a car getting around Mallorca overall. Definitely recommend staying here - it was a great stay!

Very nice spot, good localisation, some staff are so nice but for other itā€™s difficult to smile. The pool closed to early, at 18h and opening to late at 10h, the same for the towels. But the room great and the installation and the breakfast too. Good choice to do. Near a lot of bar and restaurant and easy parcking for 30eu days if you rent a car to discover this extraordinary island.

I arrived at approximately 12:00 PM, which was earlier than the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, but I was granted a room immediately. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. I had a nice, spacious sea-view room, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of food options. The food was delicious every day. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

The reception staff were friendly and the room was spacious. Being right next to a beach club, it is not the most ideal location if youā€™re looking for a quiet getaway. Had a really awkward and uncomfortable last night at the dinner buffet and the staff were unapologetic about it. I will not be returning.

Great hotel and amenities

Great hotel thatā€™s updated and clean. We loved breakfast by the pool and the easy beach access from the property. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative we experienced is the AC was not working, maybe only 5% so the room was a tad hotter than my liking. It is in the British party district but we didnā€™t have any issues with noise. Would stay here again!

This is a nice hotel in a very live and beautiful neighborhood. The view is magnificent, and the beach is great. Pools' hours of operation was really awful; 10 to 18 while it's bright and warm from 7 to 21... I didn't like this part. From reception desk to elevators, there are few steps: no ramp and no body from hotel to help!!! Showering was challenging too as water was hot and became cold in a second.
