While telling us they could not find our booking, one of the person working there told us to contact hotels.com and ask for refund. We had to insist to finally get someone looking for our booking after 1 hour. On the checkout, same attitude, very impersonal and no care at all. Took 15min to be able to check out while we were the only one."
