I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I had thought for the price we'd be getting a clean room. "Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then,...

"Our check-in experience was pleasant and our stay in the apartment was great, thanks to Wendy and Jason who were extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped. Will definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone. "
