"The staff was friendly upon check-in. The view from the lobby was impressive but that's about how far our positive impression went. I hate giving negative reviews but this hotel wasn't a pleasant experience. Upon arriving in the room we saw that the previous guest left some Tums on the nightstand which housekeeping failed to notice. We small have children so I'm glad that I noticed it before they did or they could have eaten them mistaking them for candy. The sheets had noticeable stains on...

"Very clean hotel, super friendly staff, service was excellent. I would stay again!"

"Walking distance from Cruise terminal. Room was a suite - excellent. Easy to catch a ride to anywhere on the island"

"It was ok. The room smelled damp, that was the only issue."

"Very nice hotel. Close access to a very nice beach & mall as well. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff was very welcoming and stay was wonderful."

"The room and facility was kept clean and up-to-date and the location was great"

"Nice room and breakfast."

"Big, spacious room. Very clean and renovated inside. Not the best beds or pillows, but ok. Breakfast included, not much fan of the options, but very convenient to just eat and go. Pool, small and not so private, just beside the breakfast tables. Took advantage of beach chairs and boggieboards. Great location. Easy to rent a car. Great staff."

"Amazing stay at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites! The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the valet parking service was excellent. Everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience with our family. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!"

"Although the hotel was a great spot, location, the hotel was nice and clean Limited food inside hotel was a miss for me. We was not able to take our drinks to other areas of hotel other than bar. Not even to our rooms . No microwave in rooms and was told it was $10 TO ONLY USE IT, not bring in our room but to actually warm our food at that moment. No night entertainment. Breakfast was only hand sandwiches and a couple of waffles . So I would not include that in my stay ."
