"We had a great stay at Majestic Mirage overall. Our butler, Alvaro, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the trip—he really made a difference and ensured everything went smoothly for us. That said, the experience with some of the general staff, especially a few of the chefs, was a bit inconsistent and not as friendly as we had hoped. Service there could definitely be improved. Still, we appreciated the beautiful resort and the support from Alvaro, which made our stay memorable."

"If you’re looking for fun, this hotel is a right place. I like here everything: clean room, clean beach, delicious food and incredible activities. There is even a small library near OLA bar where you can take a book if you’d like. We had really great time in this hotel."

"Gorgeous beach. Not great resort. Food was a 2/5. Service was a 1/5. Room had lots of mold. Pools were nice but too deep for kids. Diamond club was pointless."

"Overall the condo was nice, clean and new. However, amenities were slim. Only 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels. I needed to buy a lot of things I wasn’t expecting. I needed to buy- kitchen towels, bathroom hand towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish cloth, extra bath towels, more sheets, blankets and pillow cases, garbage bags. Listing said it slept 6 but no extra linens for the pull out bed. Would have been nice to have an instructions on recommendations on where to go to buy things, nearby restaurants, golf cart rental, directions on how to get to the beach and beach club would have been nice too. Communication with host was not great once we arrived."

"This place was absolutely horrible from the minute. We were trying to check in, which was an hour away cause nobody came and gave us anything to bugs in the room, which were horrible and disgusting to the Wi-Fi not working when I work remotely, which was a big issue refrigerator was not working so we had to throw out food. The property manager was contacted and nothing was ever done and when I spoke to her, she didn’t like what I have to say so she started to insult me by saying that I was a blackmailing her because I said I was gonna write a review. I also have pictures that I would love to post of the nasty little critters that were rolling around the whole kitchen counter. this experience was horrible absolutely horrible. "

"1. Communicative and understanding host. 2. Misleading header for the ad (Ocean Beach & pool). The Ocean and Beach are a 5 minute drive or 20-minute walk. 3. 2nd bedroom listed 2 separate beds, but had 1 queen (did not work for us, as we had specifically booked for 2 adult children based on the 2 separate beds)4. Apartment needs fixing, many appliances did not work or not available. 5. Bathrooms were dirty from wear & tear. "
