"Pros: **Staff were very kind and fun **Two VERY large pools. You have plwnty of space and arent running into people. **Swim up bar **Beautiful beach with beach bar **Lots of activities and 3 pool tables! **Two buffets - great food **Ice cream stand! Cons **They say you cant reserve chairs under umbrellas but they do nothing about it. Going to beach / pool around 6:30am and theyre already "claimed" with people's towels yet nobody actually sitting on them or in the pool. **The website you go to for making dinner reservations is awful. You have to log in at 7:00am to get a reservation. Not 7:02, exactly 7am. It sells out by 7:02. Even though the ap says "log in at 7:30". You also cannot make reservations in person. So, there are only a few restaurants, other than the buffets, to choose from if you want a sit down meal (and missed the reservation window)"

"The beds are not comfortable. The food was ok. The pools and access to the beach are decent, very kid friendly. Gym was bigger than expected. Door maintenance issue that happens with battery powered lock, just poor timing for us. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. Might be harder to communicate for poorer spanish speaking groups. We enjoyed our stay but have had better experiences. "

"The food horrible and the stuff horrible the guy in the reception at night was horrible we told him to call Securty because there was a drunk girl vomiting and he said he didn’t care that wasn’t his problem. Then she fall and broke a big glass in a table. And that’s when he came and try to act like he was helping I even took pictures of him and there was roaches in the room "

"This was our second time at this property and both times have been fun, wonderful and great! Food, service and entertainment on point! Lots to do and see, rooms clean, spacious and bed/pillows very comfortable! I had two issues 1. power outlets were lacking for all our devices-recommend traveling with a power wand so you plug in 2. Was our bathrooms, (both times) the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and you got either really cold or really hot water coming out of the faucets and shower. The shower fixtures were old and corrosive, water pressure wasn’t the best, hope that new owners, Hyatt Inc, fix these. Over all really enjoyed this property and will book again "

"Internet was good in most locations of the hotel. Balcony of room was nice. Room safe had sticky buttons and was extremely difficult to insert the code. Room thermostat did not work well for the air conditioner or the fan as it maintained a temperature of 19 to 20 even though it was set to 24. We requested a service technician to look at it through reception but it was NEVER fixed. We ended up sleeping with blankets and long sleeves, which we did not like. We also had to request mini bar service for water and soft drinks because they didn't stop by the room to refill drinks. Closet space was good but dresser drawers sliders were rusted and the drawers didn't open very smoothly. Upon arrival to the room, the drawers were very wet as was the table top. The floor was also somewhat wet in areas, like the closet floor and closet door rollers. This made the closet doors hard to move and open. Overall daily cleaning was good. "

"This hotel was amazing so beautiful from the shiny chandeliers to the beautiful clean marble floors to the elegant staircase. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The grounds were kept spotless, clean and beautiful. I never seen a hotel so clean and the staff were very friendly very helpful. Food was delicious from the buffet to the excellent cuisine. Restaurants to the steakhouse above expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool area was great. The accommodations at the pool were wonderful. Lots of entertainment. Loved the water aerobics in the morning shout out to Babyface who was one of the DJs/instructors teaching salsa dancing to organizing bingo and plenty other activities by the pool, he was fabulous, wonderful and great personality to get the people going making everyone comfortable and having a great time the staff by the pool and bartenders Lester are our bartender greeted us all day and night with a smile such a great personality kept everybody happy and smiling our butler that we had. Michael was wonderful. Went out of his way to please us did everything and anything that we needed. It was fabulous. I’m telling you I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful time."
