"I’ve also never felt more swindled!!! Try and walk anywhere in the resort and employees are trying to sell you upgrades, massages, and adventures. Each person gives you a different price. You can’t trust any of them! The place also needs major upgrades!!! Cocktails are mocktails UNLESS you ask for them to be alcoholic. Bartenders use maybe 1/2 shot of liquor, it’s ridiculous. I understand why they do it….however at my age….i want a good drink!"

"Overall the condo was nice, clean and new. However, amenities were slim. Only 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels. I needed to buy a lot of things I wasn’t expecting. I needed to buy- kitchen towels, bathroom hand towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish cloth, extra bath towels, more sheets, blankets and pillow cases, garbage bags. Listing said it slept 6 but no extra linens for the pull out bed. Would have been nice to have an instructions on recommendations on where to go to buy things, nearby restaurants, golf cart rental, directions on how to get to the beach and beach club would have been nice too. Communication with host was not great once we arrived."

"This place was absolutely horrible from the minute. We were trying to check in, which was an hour away cause nobody came and gave us anything to bugs in the room, which were horrible and disgusting to the Wi-Fi not working when I work remotely, which was a big issue refrigerator was not working so we had to throw out food. The property manager was contacted and nothing was ever done and when I spoke to her, she didn’t like what I have to say so she started to insult me by saying that I was a blackmailing her because I said I was gonna write a review. I also have pictures that I would love to post of the nasty little critters that were rolling around the whole kitchen counter. this experience was horrible absolutely horrible. "
