it was perfect for what we were looking for. we got it for nice and cheap and it didnā€™t have any fancy bells and whistles but those arenā€™t necessary. the restaurant was very good, pool was nice, beach was nice. staff was very friendly, and having the kitchenette available and a reasonably priced small grocery store on the property made things super convenient. would definitely recommend if you donā€™t feel the need for anything super fancy:)

Views from the rooms are stunning at sunrise, and out the hallway windows at sunset over the lagoon. Staff was very kind and worked hard to ensure needs were met. Infinity pool and beach access were great. The building itself has a local feel and a lot of character, as well as a huge osprey nest on top of the one next door.

Idyllic comfortable stay.

My adult son and I came to Cancun to take care of Dental work. We wanted somewhere comfortable, beach front, with a pool, close to a shop and had a restaurant. Not much to ask for right? This apartment had it all for us. We were very happy and very comfortable. The mattresses were soooo comfortable, the cooking facilities more than adequate. Air conditioning, safe, powerful shower. The restaurant was reasonable and good with wonderful service. Everyone we met was lovely and welcoming . We also felt very safe.

Horrible experience. Paid from 13th December. Reached on 14th in the morning. There was no one although I informed them few days back. Took 2.5 hours to get the key for our room. Room floor was very oily and slippery. Requested for new towels but didnā€™t get it.

Reservation was cancelled while I was mid flight from Sarasota to Atlanta. Found out during my layover. Contacted property and the kept hanging up. Contacted Expedia and was on hold off and on the entire layover. Nothing was resolved they promised I would have a comparable hotel in the same area. Landed in Cancun to find out I still did not have a room and we had nowhere to go. Took a $80 taxi to a random resort to charge phone in lobby so I could call Expedia again. I was told the hotel said they would accommodate so we took another taxi to the hotel and couldn't get in. We sat on the sidewalk trying to get in touch with someone. It was getting dark and it took 3 more hours to gain access to the room. We get in and it had a sewage stench immediately. No hot water. The toilet had urine all over it and vomit on the bathroom trash can. We received a email that we had wait in the room until 10 am the next morning so a colleague could come by and photograph our passport and collect a deposit in person or we would be locked out. I asked who would be stopping by and received no response. We didn't have any food, water or toiletries because it was too late to get anything safely in the area after waiting 4 hours to check in. Had to wash all of the dishes and utensils. We had to boil water to shower because there was no hot water. The nightstand has white powder residue on top and inside the drawer. The a/c unit looked like something out of a 90's horror movie and was on the balcony.

Escribo esta opiniĆ³n con el fin de ayudar a mejorar el servicio del alojamiento. Es necesario realizar un mantenimiento general a la propiedad, ya que el flujo de agua en la regadera es mĆ­nimo y un cristal estĆ” mal asegurado y podrĆ­a caerse. TambiĆ©n se percibe cierto deterioro en las instalaciones y un problema con hormigas. Asimismo, la comunicaciĆ³n previa a la llegada fue muy deficiente; la falta de respuesta sobre los datos de la reservaciĆ³n me causĆ³ mucha desconfianza e incertidumbre. Considero que resolver estos aspectos elevarĆ” la calidad de la experiencia.

La habitaciĆ³n estaba impecablemente limpia. AtenciĆ³n de Miguel el anfitrion en todo momento vĆ­a on line. Respuesta a todas mis solicitudes y la cocina estĆ” sĆŗper equipada con utensilios. A/C y Ventifador funcionan perfectamente. DecoraciĆ³n bonita y bĆ”sica. La vista al mar es espectacular. El edificio es antigua pero vale la pena la relaciĆ³n Costo-Beneficio. Seguridad en el lugar trabajando 24 h. SĆŗper recomendable ā¤ļø

Accessoires Meubles dƩsuets et peu utilisable

les instructions d'arrivĆ©es et de paiement ont Ć©tĆ© fournis Ć  la porte d'accĆØs du ressort. La seul faƧon de communiquer est avec "whatsapp". cela est difficile pour des utilisateurs non habituĆ© avec application. J'ai essayĆ© de rejoindre le responsable plusieurs jours avant arrivĆ©, mais je n'ai pas reƧu de retour et cela via sms et wahtsapp avec 3 numĆ©ros de tĆ©lĆ©phones diffĆ©rents et aussi avec hotel.com. Chambre est correct. climatiseur toilette douche comptoir sont bien. table et chaises sont complĆØtement hors d'usages. Les pieds tables sont mangĆ© par la rouille et boiteuse. La TV est vielle et ne prend pas Hdmi 2.0 et une barre noir dans Ć©cran. Vitre patio Ć©tait complĆØtement brouillĆ© par le sel et elle fut nettoyer 2 jours avant notre dĆ©part de 9jours en place. Demande de nouvelle table sur whatsapp et je n'ai eu aucune rĆ©ponse. Emplacement est bien mais il manque les accessoires intĆ©rieure pour rendre agrĆ©able le sĆ©jour.

Comenzare con lo bueno, el condominio tiene bonita vista a la playa las camas son comodas, es seguro, el restaurante es bonito tiene buena comida y es tranquilo, lo malo si reservas aquĆ­ es la espera a la hora del check in aunque avises con anticipaciĆ³n que llegarĆ”s a cierta hora se demoran asĆ­ que ve con paciencia y tiempo, el baƱo no tiene ventilaciĆ³n o extractor entonces hace que huela feo el cuarto y el baƱo, pedimos que se nos llevarĆ”n toallas secas pero no nos mandaron nuevas, como fuimos por trabajo ocupabamos baƱarnos mĆ­nimo dos veces al dĆ­a y pues las 4 toallas no se alcanzan a secar porque al departamento no le da el sol, las dejĆ”bamos extendidas pero no sĆ© terminaban de secar, pero yo en lo personal si me volverĆ­a a quedar.
