Beachfront and hot tub with a view! Great location and easy parking. Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. We had a health issue and the management was very understanding and helpful.

We were here for 7 nights and loved our stay. Regardless of the other reviews, we found that the hotel was a great base from which to explore Mexico or lounge around the pool or beach. The food was good, and the staff were helpful. It was one of the quieter hotels from what we could tell on our travels and we appreciated this, as it was not full of children, but rather an adult crowd, which made hanging out in the hotel more relaxing. A beautiful view of the sea and beach as well as easy access and a fabulous pool.

The pool was very clean with a beautiful view. Glad we didn't get the all inclusive package the restaurant was out of shrimp and other food options but staff in the restaurant was very nice with great customer service. The staff at the front desk was not so helpful overall great experience but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This is my second time at this hotel. I found the resort to be generally clean enough that I didn’t mind being there. It’s showing its age. this resort is you get what you pay for and it’s cheap. Beach is ok pool is nice: I would go back.
