This was my 1st time on an all inclusive resort and I would definitely come back. The staff were amazing! The activities each night were so much fun, the amenities were better than expected, & the drinks kept flowing which was exactly what I wanted! We had the best girls trip here! The beach was absolutely pristine — one of my favorite beaches I’ve ever visited. The water is miles of shallow, crystal-clear blue, almost like a giant natural pool, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and very kid-friendly. The resort itself was clean, the food was good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall such a fun and beautiful place to stay in Cancun. I would definitely come back!

We had a great time and loved this resort. Great location. Loved being able to swim in ocean. Food was good as we were always able to find something to enjoy. The only negatives were the chair game was real here. Had to get up early to secure a good spot. Also, rooms were humid as all of our clothes constantly felt damp. Overall a great trip!

Spent one night to check it out. Loved Preferred pool. Beach was very nice. Buffet was good. Guacamole fresh. Shrimp ceviche at buffet was actually good. Preferred lounge had better pastries. I don't drink so I don't care for the better alcohol. Room was clean with a view and a balchony. Bed comfy. Water never got hot was Luke cool warm. Javanese restaurant I would say 5 out of 10 not that great. Enjoyed my time there. Would defiantly go back.

The room was super nice and big, the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was good specially himitzu (asian restaurant). The beach water was clear. The one thing that was unfortunate was the fact that the pools were small and not deep at all. They were all for kids.
