The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the experience was good. However, the biggest downside was the water, which had a very bad smell and made the stay less enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this issue and improve the water quality. With that improvement, the experience would be much better.

My sister and I enjoyed a peaceful night at Pachamaya. Staff were kind and helpful, and the room was quiet. Staff even brought their dogs to the property which gave the space a home-y feeling

Really lovely big room and comfortable bed. We slept really well here. Staff were super friendly. There were lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner and a supermarket. The ADO bus station is a 5 minute walk away too. We used the pool but didn’t take part in any of the yoga or wellbeing options. We did eat breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but found there were other better options nearby at a more reasonable price.

This is an awesome hotel, great vibe, and awesome staff. This place is located very close to the ADO if you plan on taking trips. Whenever I come back to Cancun, I will be staying here again.
