The Neighborhood:
The "Donceles" is located on one side of Puerto Cancun, it is an old area that is being renovated, do not be fooled by appearances, there may be old houses but it is a good area to walk, you can see murals by artists from the area, learn about local life and find public transportation.
Getting Around:
An added benefit is being able to stay within biking distance of the beach, but with all the modern amenities of a new building! Of course, a car would be ideal, but that is true for all condos in Mexico. The benefit of the area is its proximity and lower price compared to beachfront options.
