The staff was great with the exception of the day shift receptionist, she really doesn’t like her job nor likes to listen to the clients. We had multiple issues and they were addressed quickly which is appreciated. Wish we had wifi in our room for our mobile devices our data was drained being there. Wish the pool was cleaned and full for us to use. Recommend putting a sign outside that its 3 hotels in one, it was hard to find. Also, please invest in mattresses because they were very uncomfortable.

The hotel name its not the correct, doesn’t have a sign sunlight hotel has another name address its not exact, contact phone not answering, at check inn room not ready, sheets and towels too old and has lot of stains and smell to bad, only 1 sheet on bed, no blankets, no hot water, sink clogged, a/c stopp working, cockroaches in bathroom, shower water smell like a sewage, pool no water, party people until 5 am couldt sleep, pool empty no water

It was absolutely horrible the bathrooms were never cleaned and the beds had stains and it was super dirty i even found a cocroach so it was an overall horrible experience i wouldnt recommend it at all and by the way dont let the pictures fool you because there all pictures of others hotel not this one

Reserve 6 noches de hospedaje y a la tercer noche decido salirme de el lugar por que no aguanté todas las ronchas que me salieron debido a que la cámara estaba infestada de algún tipo de animal como Chinche , además de que no había una cortina que cubriera la luz y tenía un foco en la ventana lo que me impedía dormir , fue una pesadilla , hice la reclamación y ni una disculpa , otra cosa que un día llegué y había 4 tipos adentro de mi habitación según arreglando el internet , cuando yo tengo mis cosas de valor se sintió muy incómodo

El hotel no tenía lo que prometía en la aplicación , la alberca no estaba funcionando y la fachada tenía otro nombre, quise cancelar al llegar por la decepción y me dijeron que cancelara en la aplicación lo cual no pude hacerlo, tuve que reservar en otro hotel.nada que ver con lo que se ve en las imágenes de la aplicación👎

Les employés sont super gentil! Notre première chambre était vraiment sale.. poil dans le lit, dans le lavabo, sur la toilette.. très forte odeur d’humidité.. drap tacher et bebittes dans le lit. Ils ont accepter de nous changer de chambre qui est beaucoup mieux coté propreté.. mais nous avons trouver une coquerelle 😅😩

Las fotos no corresponden con el hotel que ofertan, el hotel esta en precarias condiciones, no dan cobijas y la atención del personal es pésimo. Es de difícil ubicación ya que ni el nombre corresponde, el establecimiento tiene otro nombre por lo que nisiquiera puedes llegar o ubicarlo fácilmente, la ubicación del maps no corresponde
