Rafael and the rest of the staff from the front desk , housekeeping, restaurant staffs , utility staff , concierge and maintenance are all amazing. Very personalized service feels like we are one family. We had an excellent stay in this resort. Will definitely stay again when we come back in Cancun.

Staff are super helpful and curtious. Never have to look for help, they are always willing and over the top helpful. Hotel is quite and relaxing. buffet in the morning is amazing. Very fresh food. Overall very nice relaxing vacation. The restaurant by the ocean was amazing. Big portions of food. The chef really loves what he's doing and it shows in the food, It's amazing.
