→ An open kitchen adjoining the living room, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stovetop, large refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine.
→ A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 x 200), a storage closet, and an en-suite spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a smart towel warmer.
→ A second bright shower room and a toilet
→ A beautiful 16 m² terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy the Côte d'Azur's wonderful weather.
