"We (2 families, 7 in total) spent a week at Monica’s place. We had a great time! Monica is very responsive and helpful. She cooked a wonderful 4-course dinner for us one night. The house(s) is very clean and well organised, the pool area super nice and woth stunning views. Access by car is easy and there are beautiful small villages nearby, and a 20-minute drive to Lucca. A small comment is the lack of air conditioning- it was an extremely warm July and the house was hard to cool down even with shutters and fans. Also, we were a bit surprised by the animals (cats, dogs and a sheep) living in the host’s part of the house, but they were friendly enough. Thank you for a nice stay,"

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht – unter anderem mit einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage.Besonders begeistert haben uns der wunderschöne Garten und die beiden Terrassen, auf denen wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht haben.Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien und dank dieser tollen Unterkunft wird es ganz sicher nicht unser letzter gewesen sein – wir kommen gerne wieder!Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt Isabella. Sie ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche, hilfsbereite und liebenswerte Vermieterin. So eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt.Wir können uns den vielen hervorragenden Bewertungen uneingeschränkt anschließen und empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus von Herzen weiter."

"This is a truly beautiful property in a tranquil setting with breathtaking views. The property has all the conveniences you could wish for, which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We received a warm welcome from Monica and Dario who also provided some tips on local attractions and restaurants. I cannot recommend La Crocetta highly enough!"

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Scassatina. Das tolle Anwesen in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung mit traumhafter Aussicht und tollem Salzwasser-Pool, ließen nichts vermissen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage war bei den hohen Temperaturen ein Segen.Unseren besonderen Dank geht an unsere Gastgeber Gitta und Hardy. Am Tag unserer Abreise hatten wir eine Autopanne. Gitta und Hardy haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert, haben Fahrdienste zur Werkstatt übernommen und uns ganz lieb umsorgt.Glücklicherweise war die Ferienwohnung frei und wir konnten noch 4 Tage bleiben.Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank.Ihr seid ganz außergewöhnliche Menschen.Wir können das Casa Scassatina uneingeschränkt empfehlen.Moni und Bernhard"

"We felt the warm hospitality of our hosts. They were helpful with navigating us to interesting sites in Lucca and suggest more scenic towns to visit. Our room was outstanding an we were very comfortable. The spa was a plus. The B&B is fitted with state of the art access control and we were free to access the common areas if needed. We recommend this B&B for great value and hospitality."

"We are from Texas is the US and spent a month in Italy. During our entire time there we stayed at Roberta’s home. She was a very gracious host and the house was perfect. Everything was in great working order and if we did need anything Roberta lives on the property and was always available to tend to our needs whenever we did need assistance. I highly recommend her home and her as a host."
