Perfect spot

Quaint, little property with roomy accommodations. So much better than 4 people sharing a hotel room…everyone had their own space. The location was convenient, quiet and the neighborhood felt safe.

Cute little house and quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and areas we wanted to visit. We were in town for a bike ride and visited Trail of Tears State Park.

This property is on a very quiet street in a great location that is close to everything including the volleyball tournament I attended over the weekend. The gas fireplace was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Everything was smooth and easy. Would stay again.

The house was very clean, well organized, and very convenient to the remainder of the city. Communication with the host was prompt and always helpful. Washer/dryer were in the basement and could not be heard upstairs making for quiet and relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

Weekend Stay

Our family was in Cape for a volleyball tournament and this place was absolutely perfect! This adorable house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks away from the hospital. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could’ve asked for. The host had already thought of everything we would need so we didn’t even have to contact her except when we checked in/out. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!

This is a very cute little house in a great location, just minutes from SEMO & the historic riverfront area. We were there to move our daughter back to SEMO & it was perfect for us. It was clean & decorated so nicely. Located on a quiet street that felt very safe. It's a small house but had everything we needed & more room than a hotel room for sure. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Homecoming weekend with friends

Gathered with college friends and wanted to experience the football homecoming weekend. Great location, just 2 blocks off Broadway and a 5 minute walk to the stadium. The house was clean and well appointed. Just what we wanted. We had a great time with friends and recommend you try this place out. I would stay again.

Such a quaint home. It looks just like the pictures. Close to SEMO. Living room could use 1 more chair. The stools in the kitchen were too high to sit at the island to eat. But it met our needs. Very clean home.
