"Good: First off this apartment is super convenient to convention center and beach. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. Bad: Not handicap accessible as a former handicap person it's something I pay attention to. "Staff was top notch. The pool area was awesome. The room was nice and clean. Only trouble area for us was the heat in the room the split unit was not holding consistent temperature and the floors were freezing!! They also didn’t have a shower liner in the curtain so the floor would get very wet and slippery after each use but they offered plenty of towels in the room so no big deal. "
