"This is such a beautiful hotel, prime location, extraordinary staff and overall we had an exquisite experience. We arrived early and were able to check-in immediately. The food was excellent and the breakfast was the best we had in hotels. Highly recommended, and without any doubt, this will be our first choice again when we return to Madrid."

"The location of this property cannot be better - within a few minute walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations and the major landmarks. The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. I would stay here if I visit Madrid again (one suggestion - free coffee or some other compliment would be nice even thought cafes are right outside the door. "
