"It was a quaint, clean and comfortable hotel. The balcony overlooked the water so there was an excellent view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as we were walking distance from the rugged Punta Sur and two beach clubs where you could snorkel near the reef in the beautiful water, as well as a couple of restaurants and the cutest coffee shop."

"Staying at Casa de los Sueños was so amazing! Roger and Carlos took great care of us. The room we had was fantastic, we utilized the pool and all of the capabilities of Kin Ha Beach Club which was included and was equally outstanding. The breakfasts that we had were all really good on our 8 day stay on beautiful Isla Mujeres in the quieter part of the island close to Punta Sur. Can't recommend them more and can't wait to go back."

"What a beautiful property, gorgeous view, it is all exactly as described! Home was clean, the welcome package (wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items) was generous and very appreciated. The team was always a quick text message or call away and very responsive. We would love to return to this home, it was a great set up for the 7 of us. Quiet part of the island, cool breeze off the ocean, great pool. Highly recommended!"

"Casa Yaax is a beautiful property, and so peaceful that some days we just lounged there without going out at all. The gate at the back opens to a long path along the water, where pelicans and iguanas, and other wildlife can be observed. The pool water was always clean, and the ocean view was marvelous! The property was both spacious and intimate… with plenty of spaces to either spread out or gather together. The bedroom furnishings were simple, but we had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, and air conditioning. Many thanks go to Victor and Geny! Ah, to wake up to fresh brewed coffee! These two people cheerfully cooked and did cleaning upon request. They provided great breakfasts each morning, and we had a couple of excellent dinners cooked by them. For a birthday dinner, they cooked our special request menu… lobster… at extra cost, of course. Victor grilled it perfectly! While Punta Sur is somewhat rural, there were a few places we could walk to for coffee or “the best” tacos, which were excellent. A short 5 minute drive away is Ulan Eatery serving very good pizza and Italian food, where we heard some authentic live Cuban music. They have a variety of live music on different nights. There is no clothes washer and dryer, however, Geny collected a medium load, had it laundered, and returned the next morning for just 5. Carla and the host staff were impeccably prompt in communications. They were a great help with coordinating transportation and groceries."

"Everything about Maria Kan Kin’s was amazing! We had the Romantic Suite which was upstairs with a large deck and a gorgeous view! Lily, the manager was wonderful! The restaurant, Loretta’s has some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The beach is fairly small but pristine, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can order food and drinks from the beach. We truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. It made our stay in Isla Mujeres absolutely perfect!!!"
