Villa “Elba Offsite” is located in Capoliveri and offers a wonderful and secluded setting for your holiday with sea views. The outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area is furnished for dining and sunbathing and is perfect for enjoying the sunsets.
ElbaOffsite is located on a private road and is set on a 6000 square metre plot with an olive grove, surrounded by the typical Mediterranean landscape. During your stay you always have the entire property to yourself (the owners are not on site at this time).
Your flat consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a living room (which can also be used as an additional bedroom with a sofa bed for a total of 3 or 4 people), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, and therefore offers space for a maximum of 4 people. Facilities include high-speed WiFi, a workstation for working from home, air conditioning, a fan and a washing machine.
The beaches of Barabarca and Zuccale are just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. The village of Capoliveri can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by car and the island's capital Portoferraio in approx. 20 minutes.
There are 3 car parking spaces on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed (for a fee).
The high-speed WiFi is suitable for video conferencing.

Wunderschöne Lage, tolles Objekt. Elba ist definitiv eine Reise wert. Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Verwalter/Gärtner des Objektes war sehr herzlich und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr unterstützend. Das Ferienappartement ist ideal für Paare.Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Pros: Ein traumhaftes und absolut ruhiges Grundstück. Selbst wenn Elba brechend voll ist, ist hier eine Oase der Ruhe. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Klasse Pool – aber auch zwei der besten Strände auf Elba erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Theoretisch könnte man sogar zu Fuß nach Capoliveri gehen. Toller Ausblick vom privaten Aussichtspunkt auf dem Hügel bei klarem Wetter sieht man Montechristo, Pianosa und Korsika. Ein traumhafter Blick den ganzen Tag über – aber insbesondere ein perfekter Sonnenuntergang. - Der Hausbetreuer ist sehr zuvorkommend (spricht sogar Deutsch) und erfüllt einem auf Nachfrage gerne jeden Wunsch. man bekommt auch tolle Restauranttipps . Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt – und kommen gerne wieder
