Scenic and peaceful

Amazing place, well stocked, breathtaking view, well cared for and truly feels like someone’s cozy home, not just a bare rental. We loved the high quality of the kitchen and stocked cupboards which made it easy to cook family meals during our stay, and the hot tub on the lovely porch overlooking the valley and Sopris were just perfect. Everything was very comfortable (heat, beds, linens, bathrooms, etc). We did have a 11 month old baby and the primary bedroom has a walk in closet that was perfect for a pack and play, however I’ll just flag for others considering a visit with small children that the furnishings are not very baby friendly. We didn’t have any issues but just needed to keep a careful eye on baby, and our clamp-on travel high chair was not compatible with the glass table (worth just bringing a regular one!).

Wonderful stay

We had a relaxing stay with family. The property is in great shape, quiet, and secluded with amazing views. The house was amazingly clean and the manager and owner were very responsive to questions.

Mountain View

The house was very nice and clean. The views from the deck were awesome. We enjoy being outside, and the stairs were amazing to view every night. There are no neighbors right next to this house. Would recommend this house to anyone that enjoys beautiful views.

Stunning View

We had a lovely stay. We had a couple hiccups (WiFi/landline not working & kitchen faucet leaking) but the property manager was on top communication. The cabin has a stunning view of Mt. Sopris. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub taking in the view. The cabin is well stocked and comfortable. We would stay again if ever in the area.

Quick ski trip

Awesome stay in this well appointed home. 30 minute drive to Snowmass Ski Resort. A four wheel drive vehicle is a must in the winter to access the property.

Great stay

Frank’s home was perfect for our group of 5. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. The views are fantastic and the location is quiet and private. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get Away

Rented the cottage for the thanksgiving week. Place has beautiful view of mountain and was quiet and peaceful. Kids enjoyed seeing the wild turkeys and deer. The house had everything we needed and there wee no issues.

The perfect, quiet retreat

I had the pleasure of staying at a quiet cabin in Carbondale, Colorado, and I can't say enough about the outstanding accommodations it offered. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the rustic charm and modern comforts of this hidden gem. The cabin itself was a cozy retreat, exuding a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was remarkable. It was clear that the owners had taken great care to create a space that was not only comfortable but also aesthetically pleasing. One of the standout features of this cabin was the hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. As I soaked in the warm, bubbling water, I couldn't help but marvel at the stunning night sky. The cabin's remote location provided an unparalleled view of the Milky Way, and the lack of light pollution allowed the stars to shine brilliantly. It was a stargazer's paradise. But the celestial show didn't end with the Milky Way. The cabin also offered a breathtaking view of Snowmass Mountain and the iconic Maroon Bells. Waking up to the sight of these majestic peaks was a daily treat that never lost its charm. I spent mornings sipping coffee on the porch, gazing at the rugged beauty of the mountains. The cabin's location was the perfect starting point for outdoor adventures, with hiking and nature exploration right at my doorstep.

A Great Fall Stay

We were in Carbondale/Basalt for a wedding,. and our family of four including two adult children had a great stay! We loved the views both inside and from outside the home. Great communication and recommendations from the owner. Pictures do not reflect the magnificence of the views and property. Would definitely stay again.
