Amazing Sopris views. This Property is 10-15 minutes from Basalt and Carbondale and Abuts Bureau of Land Management Land. Great for hiking, biking and other recreational opportunities. The property has a large Hotspring "Grande" Salt Water Hot Tub and firepit lounging area. Plenty of parking even for trailers. World class hiking, biking, skiing, hot springs close by. World Class mountain biking from the front door, Hike from the front door onto abutting Bureau of Land Management Land and close by hiking includes Red Mountian, Fisher creek, Sutey Ranch, Crown Mountain, Mt Sopris. We had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful Place and Beautiful Location
We stay in both properties of Lynn and Erik's and the places work great for our party of 21. The new build is beautiful and the views from the deck are outstanding and the inside is to die for and the rooms are very comfortable. The other home is also beautiful and also has outstanding views. The kids loved the outside and the hot tub. We could sit on the decks for hours and enjoy each others company. Thank you Lynn and Erik for the use of these stunning places.
