"Me and my husband stayed here in May. The hotel looks exactly like the photos online, and it was gorgeous. Perfect location in the Walled City and great staff. We also booked a day trip to an island via them, and they definitely helped us. The only thing I would say is the bedroom is large but quite dark due to lighting. Also the hotel has a great rooftop area, but would great to have the hotel staff more present there so you can easily order food and drinks there. Would still come back to stay again! "

"I really struggled with rating this hotel, cos I really wanted to like it the way I did prior to my stay. While this is still a decent hotel I felt it fell short in some key areas, especially with the quality of the linens. Bathroom towels look very tired, and bedsheets were visibly not in pristine condition to match hotel status. Secondly, gym equipment can use an upgrade as some of the equipment were wobbly. Breakfast was fairly decent. Majority of the staff were great with just a handful needing more training. I’ll like to recognize Addy for being a professional and making the experience worth the while. Her bright smile, and attention to hotel guests was very impressive."

"Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. "
