"Nicely designed, practical, and clean."

"We stayed a few days at this hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is in a great location and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. What we enjoyed the most was the pool area — it has a wonderful vibe and the music playlist there was fantastic, creating a great atmosphere. Compliments to whoever selected the music! The only small inconvenience was that there were only about 6 or 7 seats available by the pool, which made it a bit difficult to find a spot at times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it."

"The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive. Security and the bell hop team always greeted us when came and went. The little details of the housekeeping staff were appreciated (turn down service at night!) Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Is not a luxury hotel and did lack some amenities that you’d expect from a luxury hotel but it is a charming hotel with a lot of character and the staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful especially Luz. The location is great. The Walled City is in walking distance. There are also great restaurants and bars close by too"

"We stayed at this hotel for one week in February 2026 and were very pleased with our experience. The staff were very polite (we would like to mention Any, Brian, and Omar) and provided excellent service. We especially noticed the cleanliness of the hotel; the room and bathroom are very large. The breakfast was very good and varied. It is also worth noting the rooftop terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the city and the ocean. We would gladly return to this hotel anytime and highly recommend it."
