"The breakfast was very good! I was there for an event and they would not give me the discounted rate for that event! Every time I came back to the hotel my room key did not work and I kept having to go to the front desk to have that fixed! Planning on returning to the area next year for the same event but staying somewhere different! "

There was some noise from people talking loud right behind my door late at night and moving car noise all day just because the hotel is across a Main Street. No fridge/microwave in room. The hotel has only one microwave in the lobby which needs cleaning."

"The home was a perfect place to stay while visiting my cousin who goes to Dayton University. It was close to the campus and the art district (yummy restaurants and cute bar scene). Street parking was easy. House comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed how the host decorated with local Dayton photos. We would stay here again if in the area. "
