We were there for a wrestling tournament and there were a lot of young adults but the hotel was quiet. Ample parking. Great location for finding places to eat."

"Great spot for a family gathering. There are 20 steps to the 2nd floor that could be a challenge for some. There's a bedroom on the ground floor as well. The house next door is being rennovated, so street parking is currently at a premium. Room for two cars in alley in back of house. Plenty of K cups for early morning coffee. Walkable neighborhood with historic homes in South Park. More forks and spoons needed. Amazing kitchen, great gas stove. Comfortable rooms, bathrooms and greatnwater pressure. Would stay again when in Dayton. Thanks!"
