"A little tricky to find. Perhaps better signage would have helped. Francesca was very friendly & very helpful in explaining all the details needed for our stay. The hotel is a bit isolated but that was ok as we were only staying one night. The hotel organised a taxi transfer early morning at a competitive price. It only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. We didn't experience a proper breakfast as we left before 8am. There were plenty of things available though. Slight issue with people...

"It was a perfect stay at this hotel owned and run by Girolamo and his wife. The rooms are clean and beautiful and they even have drinks and snacks for all of us. They were helpful, responsive and very good people who made sure our stay was smooth and pleasant. We got stuck one evening at Carini station because there was no taxi available and Girolamo kindly picked us up without hesitation. Would love to stay again in the future and recommend this hotel to all."

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off...

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

"Highly recommend. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal location, tucked away only 20mtrs from the main restaurants and bars area though not affected by late night noise. Ideal. Breakfasts were a highlight, welcoming homemade local produce presented with pride. "We liked the location near all amenities Their was a lovely pool in the hotel with a separate area with sunbeds set in beautiful surroundings We liked our room in the main building but our friends stayed in one in the courtyard which was lovely with being able to sit outside yoyr room in the sun too ... The breakfast was lovely sadly cold egs though! But being a gluten free person i was well catered for..... Our room was very cold at night which sadly left us with not a lot of sleep combined...

"I have to get a particular shout out to a Front Desk clerk, who is perfectly kind and accommodating and efficient and absolutely confident. I should have made a note of her name, but if you go there, you’ll know who I mean. As for the rest, location is perfect we’re driving taking the free hotel to the beach as well as being right where you need to be to calm down endless flight of stairs to this wonderful restaurants right by the water. We had a truly fun day.but"
