"The reception area was hard to find at first but the staff was amazing and helped us with all of our needs. The rooms are not huge but well appointed for our 3 night stay. The breakfast was good. We would stay here again."

The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The Elevador restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. I loved my stay, have already recommended it, and will definitely be back. One of my best travel experiences."

"Truly a 10/10 experience. Great staff, hotel is so cute. Had a little dishwasher and kitchen set up if needed. Area was perfect. 100% coming back and upset I didn’t stay here the whole time. Speak easy, Mediterranean restaurant, and great Portuguese food. You’ll be sad if you skip this spot. "

"Advertised air conditioning which is must for me when choosing a hotel; however the property owner had locked it out requesting guests to open the windows to ventilate the room which completely eliminates the advertised “soundproofing”. Impossible to sleep and difficult to breathe in the tiny hot room. I felt bad for the very kind staff having to deal with unhappy guests because of this false advertising of air conditioning. On top of this we left the hotel a day early because we could not stay a second night of not sleeping. We understood we would loose the $320 we spent for the second night but were told by the property and Expedia that they would look into if we could get a partial refund. We got no follow up from either party regarding the matter other than this automated request asking if we enjoyed our stay. Sadly disappointed. On a high note we moved hotels and had an incredible second night in Lisbon with glorious air conditioning and a beautiful room that you could actually walk around the bed without having to step over your luggage."

"Super helpful and friendly staff. The hotel location was great. The hotel is clean and exactly as shown on Expedia. It offers indoor parking for €10 per night. The only issue was the noise from the street and neighboring rooms.you can easily hear it, especially when water is running in the bathroom. I wish there was a small fridge as well."

"The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds, great and accommodating staff, and a prime location. There are many restaurants and pastry shops nearby, and we were able to walk to all the historic sites. I would stay here again."
