"The facilities were lavish and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. And the breakfast buffet was exquisite!"

"Some of the staff were very helpful, however, others were not overly friendly (which may have resulted from not everyone speaking very much English). The room was very small, ok for a short stay, however, our window looked out on a wall, not really accessible for even looking out of or getting daylight from. There really weren’t any amenities - the refrigerator was only a small mini bar with drinks for sale. We were “given” one bottle of water and coffee packets for one day free of charge, we stayed 15 nights which seems pretty chintzy. The location was great and the facility was clean, however, we would likely have chosen somewhere different for a long stay."

"Our stay was fantastic! The hotel’s location is perfect - right by the arch and easy access to everything. The restaurant on the premises was great for breakfast, and for lunch they had some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Our room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, too. The drapes didn’t close all the way so there was a little too much natural light in the morning than we would have wanted. But if you’re sensitive to that, you probably already travel with a sleep mask. In all, highly recommend!"
