"The room was a “non-smoking” room, but as an ex-smoker it was obvious the room had been smoked in at some point, for some time. The furniture was heavily scratched and out dated with only one bedside table. We had a small dog with us so we expected to be in a room that had other animals in the past. What we didn’t expect was to pick up a pillow and find a good amount of dark dog hair under it. I had to use a lint roller to clean it off. Be sure to bring your own USB port chargers as there were none in the room. The offices CLOSE at 6p, but they did have an “emergency” after hours phone number."
