My family enjoyed the food, the service, recreation and the beach. Even though the road to get to the hotel wasn’t the best, the transportation service was comfortable. At the hotel the internet access was really poor and the resort’s buildings required some maintenance. Overall it was a good experience.

Great service. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Food is awesome, delicious. Entertainment options are great. Beaches are fantastic. Only issues is the humidity in some areas of the building, access to apartments have no ramps for people with walking problems, and staff should stop people in the restaurant to feed the native mapaches. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
