"all is ok"

"This hotel was beautiful! Very elegant and the rooms were huge. Massive king size bed and the bathroom and shower were first class. Loved the robes, housekeeping was top notch and the front desk staff were very helpful! We highly recommend staying here when you're in Madrid!"

"Everything tasted very good, I'll be back!"

"You need to be fit as the rooms are on the third floor. Staff were very helpful and courteous, although some were not so good at English but not a problem if you were patient. Great location as only a few minutes walk from Prado and less than 30 minutes from most city centre attractions…no catering so need to get vouchers from reception for two local cafe/restaurants, some excellent restaurant choices nearby. "The staff were amazing! I truly believe that the start of a good vacation is how your hotel people receive you and this team was amazing for sure. Their patience with guests stands out most to me as I see they went above and beyond to help in any way they can. You can tell they were genuinely happy to help. They are an example of how humanity should be."

"Awesome place to stay at in Madrid. 15min walk to the royal capital and a 10 minute walk from Atocha Rhonda station."

"Everyone spoke English, which is very helpful for anyone traveling abroad. The staff we're able to provide many great recommendations. The Breakfast service is not included in the cost but is absolutely worth it! And location is amazing, a short walk to Amy great sites and restaurants."

"Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. The location was ideal to walk to everything!"

The location is excellent — just a few minutes from the city center and its shopping areas, yet far enough away from the noise. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional."
