"I booked this hotel for my mum as one of my birthday presents. Upon arrival, the staff were already rude and non attentive. They had told my mum that they can’t see her on their reservation list, my mum had to ring me to confirm and when I tried to speak to them they said it’s all okay. My mun had just flown and travelled hours just to be treated like that!! Absolutely horrendous costumer service. Additionally, the place isn’t how they advertised it in their photos. I will atach photos of the actual hotel. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked this hotel, and will never ever book again! Staff needed training on how to perform their hospitality role. "

"Breakfast buffet had a good variety, but the food was room temperature. Friday night buffet had very little for a vegan and the items on induction pad was over done and the meat was hard. "

"It’s a clean and simple place with no amenities and in a neighborhood with nothing around. You have to walk a long way just to get to the 7-Eleven or a McDonald’s. "
