"Amazing stay"

"My mom had an accident on her way to their hotel entrance, there was a known hazard in their entrance, their staff witnessed almost everyday as the staff stated and that day of check out my mom and one of their staff had accident and both suffered multiple injuries. They sent me an email explaining what happened but after that there was no assistance or follow up. I would say terrible in handling complaints. "

"Great hotel near Landmark, Glorietta, Greenbelt Malls. Walking distance to food and shopping areas. Big and comfortable room with complimentary beer and Coke. Have small pantry and microwave oven to use. Great staff around hotel."

"The front desk staff is difficult to work with and they want you to contact the host. The Expedia app doesn’t allow contacting the host. Communications is just terrible and everyone just says to ask someone else. I actually extended my stay another two weeks and it’s currently almost check in time again and no housekeeping has come. I really like the building and condos, but everything else is just terrible. I really hope this reaches the host, so they will know the staff is probably running away revenue. I stayed here before back in February and everything went great with the staff."
