"Super grand hotel. Lots of activity, great amenities, they take ALL the security measures, and you don’t have to look for assistance they are all over it. The place is well maintained and seems to be convenient to anything you would need. It’s priced comparable to other hotels in its class and area. The only criticism I have is the room was smaller than I prefer and their suites were booked, but they gave me a free upgrade. Housekeeper was 24/7 which was an huge plus for me. The live music in the lobby lounge was talented. Overall great experience I stayed a week. The food is a little pricey but that’s pretty normal for a 5star hotel. I was overall okay with it. "

"Excellent service from airport pick-up, arrival to check out. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, hot water. Breakfast buffet has something for anyone. The only complaint would be regarding the doors. Every morning when people left the neighboring rooms the doors would slam close with a big bang waking everyone up from the deepest sleep. If some kind of soft close could be attached or rubber damping would greatly help to improve the total experience."
