"Great stay in the heart of downtown Phoenix — very convenient for getting around. The staff were really nice, and a lovely touch: I mentioned it was my partner’s birthday and they left a card in the room. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and there was no fridge in the bedroom. Parking not on site, but around the block."
