Our room was wonderfully situated, large and comfortable but a bit old and weary. Some room refurbishment is necessary to make it a fit to the other aspects of the resort. "

"We had a great trip here, lovely spacious apartment in excellent condition, and the location is perfect. Pool area was great and the staff were very attentive. Think some of the reviews are a bit harsh, it may not be the most luxurious 5 star in the world but it’s certainly an upgrade from a 4 star. We’d stay again. "

Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "
