When we checked in on April 5, 2026 the front desk person not only charged us for the room but also for the deposit. After explained that we had already paid through hotels.com she said she had made a mistake she either did not know how or did not have the authority to cancel our credit card charge but said she would leave a note to have it fixed. We met with the front desk person and manager the next morning they assured us that it had been corrected. It has not been corrected and I am now having to dispute the amount with our bank. I have no problems with mistakes being made, the problem is their inability or unwillingness to correct the mistake. "

"Everyone is soooo rude. I swapped rooms 3x trying to get a bathtub that wasn’t going to cut me when I sat down bc it was falling apart in sharp pieces and finally just said forget it. They wanna charge you a new deposit every night and $25 a night per dog for ESA. Yet they got ppl living there who have drilled holes in the room vents for their crack pipes. Unreal. "
