"I really loved this place. The room was a cross between an elegant hotel room in a classic hotel to a guest room in a villa. This place has true, old school vibes while being perfectly modern in all amenities. The location is perfect. Two minor cautions. First, must be able to carry your bag up stairs and not be uncomfortable climbing them to get to your room. "Incredible experience here! My wife and I had a last minute booking and the staff were so helpful. The property is beautiful, as was our room, and we really enjoyed our time there. Especially noted was that they were very happy to accommodate vegan diets and offered us some fantastic alternatives at breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"Loved the uniqueness of hotel. No 24 hr reception and staff seemed to change regularly however there is a phone number to call if needed. The staff I encountered were very nice. Breakfast was great and cafe staff were lovely. Quiet location in laneway and close to centre of town. Be aware there is no lift and the stairs are deep. A staff member carried my bags for me. The airport transfer company they used turned out to be a nightmare for me but that was more about the provider. I was initially told by hotel staff I could pay through hotel, when collected was told by another staff member I was to pay driver. I asked repeatedly if I could pay with credit card and once underway was told I had to pay in cash as eftpos machine broken that day - caused great problems. They wouldn’t give me change etc so would definitely arrange to pay online prior or to hotel before any transfer."

"This is a very clean, well maintained, and pleasant boutique hotel. Both the staff at the front desk and the staff that cleans the rooms are courteous, considerate and very friendly. It is located in Politiama near the Garibaldi Theater. It is minutes walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. I had one small issue with the shower and the staff immediately changed my room for my duration there while they corrected the issue. And they were happy to do so. This is my third stay at this property and I highly recommend it."
