"We really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The 5:30 Kickback was a pleasant surprise and was also delicious each evening. It was also nice to be so close to the Arch."
Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch

"The location is fantastic. I had an amazing view of the Arch directly outside my window, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the bar downstairs was also a great spot. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. My room was a nice size, but it felt old, dark, and in serious need of an update. Even with the incredible Arch view, the window had a cloudy white film between the panes AND dead bugs along it, which really took away from the view. Also, NO full-length mirror anywhere! In a room this size, I don't understand how that's possible. I literally had to stand on the toilet to see the bottom half of my outfit in the bathroom mirror. The bathroom itself could also use updating. The water pressure was okay, but the shower head was not great. One other heads-up: guest packages are handled by the FedEx location inside the hotel, which charges $4 PER PACKAGE for pickup. Amazon split my order into two packages, so I unexpectedly paid $8. I definitely would've made other arrangements had I known. Overall, you can't beat the location and the staff was wonderful, but the rooms need some serious TLC to match what I'd expect from a Hyatt Regency."

"Fantastic stay at the Drury Inn St. Louis at Union Station. The location is excellent, especially if you’re in town for an event downtown. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to checkout. One of the biggest standouts with Drury is the value. Between the complimentary breakfast, evening food and drinks, and the overall quality of the stay, you really feel like you’re getting more than what you paid for. The room was comfortable, everything was well maintained, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. Being right by Union Station and close to the major downtown attractions made getting around St. Louis incredibly easy. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels while traveling, and this was easily one of the better experiences. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis. Five stars all the way."
