"No free coffee ! Only instant coffee in The gallery on each floor. The rooms have no dresser to put your clothes in. Only a closet to hang stuff. Shower floor very slippery ! Need a mat"

"Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean. Great location and nice bar. Only flaw we found was there was a €50 deposit added on arrival we were not informed of at booking or prior to our arrival & while the money was taken straight away at check in for the stay the deposit takes a minimum of 3-5 days to return to account."

"Room was very clean and tidy. It's about 45 min walk into the city but buses are very available to get anywhere you want right outside the door. Theres a Aldi and Lidl next door and loads of restaurants close. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can have your room cleaned each day on request. There was no shampoo, conditioner, soap or body wash which was a-bit disappointing, so had to go buy some. But other than that, it was the perfect affordable place to stay (Dublin as a whole is very expensive). Tip- pick up a bus pass from the airport, buses a €2 a ride and you need the exact change or they will not let you on. "

"What an incredible hotel. The room was amazing, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. All very clean and Tidy. We had a very comfortable stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and there was always someone available. One actually saw us in the hall leaving and helped my mother with her luggage. Extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant has a great menu and the food was very good, even the breakfast. Over all I would recommend this hotel. It did not disappoint me at all."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel very clean, the staff was friendly, child friendly, and it has a good breakfast selection. I’m only giving a 4 stars because we arrived at like 9:00 am in the morning after a 7 hours flight and had to wait until 1:00 pm to get in the room. If you’re arriving early, pay for early check in, it makes a difference! "
