"The single bedside lamp didn't work. The outlets in the room were so old and worn that a phone charger wouldn't seat tight enough to make a connection. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a fitted sheet and a comforter. The breakfast area is so small that I presume it was originally a guest room that has been converted to a "breakfast area". They had no normal milk at breakfast, only Oat Milk. If this had been my first impression of the Marriott Bonvoy brand, I would not use them again."

"Smoke detector removed and wires hanging out the wall. Toilet leaking in the floor, paint peeling on the door frame, stained walls and water stained ceiling in the bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock. Will not stay there again. Staff was very friendly at check in. "

"When we checked in they gave us the key’s to the room that they had assigned us, as soon as we entered, the room wasn’t ready, the furniture was very dirty. Even after giving us another room, it also came out to be dirty. Terrible experience."

"The check-in clerk was super sweet and willing to help if I needed anything. The room was really large and very clean. The shower was nice and hot. The A/C worked great. There was a coffee Making a fresh waffle was fun and delicious. Location was convenient for me to hop back on I-95."
