"The property was clean and just right for our family of 4. The beds were amazing!!! Nothing better than a comfortable nights sleep. A little wear and tear on the place already but don’t interfere too bad with our stay. Close to all attractions."

"Super clean, easy to get to, and close to everything we wanted to visit. The house was plenty big enough for me and my family. I love the little details like the extra towels, clothing detergent, and coffee for the two different coffee machines. An excellent place to stay if you plan on cave hopping or needing an overnight stay that's better than a hotel room."

"The facilities and breakfast were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet and cute small town. The only drawback was we got waken up a few times by midnight train noise. Overall, we have a good stay."

The Maple Retreat at Park Mammoth

"Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. We enjoyed the brand new grill outside and also used the fire pit and enjoyed the local hiking trail. It is close to Mammoth Cave and we really enjoyed spending half the day at the park then relaxing at the cabin for the rest of the day. Highly recommend!!! (Side note - we are now at our next cabin destination of our road trip and we are missing the comfort and amenities at Maple Retreat!)"
