"Definitely a must . From the front desk to the maintenance people really friendly and helpful.. There was some weather issues but they keep in touch the whole way. we stay in the Tree House Clean,enough space for a family of 4 , Has it's own little kitchen withch is so convenient for us with tiny kids Private enough we didn't have to worry about bothering others.. If you are looking for views this is not the place since is on the back of the property. It was great for us.. we loved it."

"Quaint and comfy cottage and you can't beat the view. An added bonus was the pods of dolphins we watched in the morning from the deck. We also rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast exploring the island. Cottage was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Debbie was excellent. Overall, a great place to stay on Ocracoke."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Scottie D. It was conveniently located near the ferry. It was clean. It was especially nice to have hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, and toilet paper provided. Everything was just as it was described on VRBO. We had a problem with the tv and I reached out to Ellen and she responded immediately and offered to come help us with it which we gladly accepted her offer. It took her about 10 minutes and everyone was happy. Scottie D was perfect for the 4 of us."

"Our stay at Silver Lake was wonderful, Hanna & John were perfect hosts and have done a great job with renovating both the hotel and The Jolly Roger! The room was spacious and well appointed with all needs met. The newly added rockers and side tables on the porch were enjoyable and the resort Bicycles made getting around a fun experience."
