"If your looking for a place to just get away and relax Cedar Key is that place. Everything is within walking distance. The 2nd st cafe and Steamers restuarant had great food and service. The Beach Shack was very clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host responded to all questions/ concerns immediately. "Everything was exactly as described. The view from the balcony was absolutely gordeous. The sunset was beautiful every single evening! We were so close to everything we were able to walk to eat, shop, and hang at the beach area. "

"Staff was super friendly and very very helpful. The room was emasculate, spacious, and very comfortable. It is right across the street from a park, small beach, boat ramp, and a 4 minute walk to all the eateries and fishing pier. There is a museum which is also a short walk. At night it was very very quiet and my family felt very safe. I highly recommend booking and I will definitely be going back. "
