Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient from the highway but traffic noise was not a problem. Checkin and checkout was easy. Although the property is dated, it is well kept up.

Owners and staff were very friendly. Typical motel room. Shower was so so I put a towel down and stood on that. Price was good for late September.

This place is by far the absolute grossest,nastiest unkept I’ve ever stayed! Stayed for four days and not so much as a wipe down! Bathroom was disgusting to the point that I cleaned it myself before attempting to shower!

Firs thought they were in the process of renevating the roooms. but learned it has been owened for over 10 years. Had 3 rooms and they all were bad. Did not want to stay but could not find another place to stay after checkin

Old motel with needed updates but it is clean. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure for shower. Room a bit small, air conditioner is loud but all portable window ones are. Does do it part. Breakfast is slim,coffee, packaged danish roll,banana. Pulling Weeds and spraying grass growing between asphalt cracks in driveway would be more appealing as you drive in. Owner was very nice, property very quite and in safe neighborhood.

Stay away from this place! Stinky, dirty old buildings, never renovated with a doc tape around the doors, old used towels and stains on the pillow cases. Bathroom very old and disgusting!!! We didn’t stay there, just open the door and close! We asked the owner for different room or refund but we didn’t get any! There was another couple who did not stay too because conditions of the property. We are staying in Cape Cod motels every summer for many years, but this time we can’t, have to go back home…

A place with potential but a ways to go

We were provided kind service at this Knight's Inn. The motel has a very attractive appearance from the road, but when we came on site, and into our room, it was easy to see that a lot of updating was needed. Our room had a very musty smell inside perhaps because the carpet was very old. As well, there was mold on the shower curtain. Perhaps a periodic deep cleaning is needed along with leaving windows open when there are no guests. We stayed for 2 days and we were disappointed that the room was not cleaned after our first night. That sort of thing is an appreciated touch at most lodgings.

Beds/pillows were very comfortable, although a the sheets had a couple small tears in them. Room was clean, but on the "cheap" side. TV was laughably small. No "do not disturb" sign available, no room service until checkout, not sure if this was an oversight or policy, but wasn't a big deal for us. Front desk (owner?) was very friendly. Ice machine barely worked, was basically useless. Super bright light outside the front window all night, had to hang a blanket over it. Prices for rooms of all hotels in this area are insane, this being the least expensive we could find, it was adequate, but under normal pricing conditions it was a bit rundown for the money. Overall it was a good experience.

This place should be shut down . It was dirty at the front check in and smelled terrible. Reeked of curry. The room smelled moldy until you put on the AC, but who knows what you breathe in. Bathroom was dirty and dingy. Only the manager would give you limited ice. The tv didn’t work and had to call front desk twice to come look at it. So inconvenient. 3 times the security card to get into room did woo and to get it replaced. I will be contacting the Health Department . This place should not be open to public. And all the outside light’s including the one outside each door stays on all night so it’s bright in room because the blinds are worthless
